Processing runs on United States infrastructure by default. For engagements that require it, we deploy inside your cloud tenancy or on your own hardware, including air-gapped environments.

Role-based access with least privilege, per-user audit trails, and named-linguist assignment so every document has an accountable chain of custody.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Delivery through an authenticated client portal — we do not send deliverables as email attachments.
AI-specific safeguards
De-identification before processing where PHI or PII is involved, open-weight models for material that cannot reach a third-party API, and quality gates that hold a job rather than release an unreviewed one.
